Shredy helps users track workouts, nutrition, measurements, and progress. The app may offer programs, routines, recipes, food search, exercise search, statistics, and server synchronization.
Features may be limited, changed, added, or removed to improve the service, maintain security, or account for mobile platform constraints.
An account may be created by email and password, or through Apple or Google login when available.
The user is responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for the accuracy of information provided.
Shredy is a fitness tracking and organization tool. It does not provide medical diagnosis and does not replace a doctor, dietitian, healthcare professional, or qualified coach.
Users remain responsible for training, nutrition choices, and interpretation of displayed data. In case of pain, medical condition, pregnancy, treatment, or doubt, professional advice should be sought before using recommendations or programs.
Users agree to use Shredy lawfully, fairly, and respectfully.
Shredy makes best efforts to keep the service available but does not guarantee permanent availability, absence of bugs, interruption, or data loss.
Some data is stored locally on the device and some may synchronize with the server when the user is signed in. Users should keep their own backups when information is essential.
Premium features are governed by these Terms and by the Terms of Sale. Premium access depends on subscription or purchase status returned by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat, or on manual access granted by Shredy.
Users may delete their account from the app when available or by contacting support.
Shredy may suspend or delete an account in case of violation, fraud, abuse, security risk, or risk to the service or other users.
Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by French law. Competent courts are determined by applicable legal rules.
